Quiero recuperar la cuenta antigua y poner la cuenta en mi nuevo móvil y no conectando el Facebook y el correo que tenía era de outlook.es alguien me puede ayudar ? Y cuánto tardan en contestar a los correos porque e mandando uno con otra cuenta.

It wont allow me to post my own topic so ill post here
I went to play dh5 on my laptop and my progress from my android phone was overwritten Image 
Now lvl 6 on my phone instead of my lvl 100 Image

Just wondering if it can be restored back to my previous progress . all my achievements are still showing on my google play but everything else is gone Image

I wont be playing on my laptop at all now this has happened . just want to get back to where i was on my phone

Please report it with our Customer Care team using the in-game option. They'll be able to identify your account and assist you.
Once you submit your case, you'll get an automated email from them with a ticket ID. If after 3-5 days you don't get a reply, please return to me with the ID so I can escalate it to the team.
