I too lost my player  I started the day DH5 came out and spent thousands.  I had a ticket/emails with Patricia on May 28 2018, almost a year ago and it was never resolved nor have any of my emails since been answered.   The email header had a number I will paste at the end.  My character name was blackstar, ID: c7m3um - he's been idle for over 740 days. I really hope someone can help me with this, it has been frustrating for a long time.  #ZGS-81947-666
