I have got the same problem with my new device.
My progress was reset after trying to play Dungeon Hunter 5 in my new device.

I have no idea how to start game with my big level .

I lost my progress 3 days ago after uninstalling and installing, and I have tried to log in with google - facebook and that doesn't help, I have contacted support, but I haven't got any reply yet. Contacted support does not work?

Hi Community Manager Team,

My support ticket number: 16985278

I was running into issues with the game launching and cleared my phone's cache/data to fix it. It worked but it also wiped my account. I opened a support ticket two days ago but I have not received a response yet. I have about $40 of purchases on the account and would like it restored.

It has been 9 days since I opened my ticket and 4 days since Tudor said he escalated my ticket. I have not heard back from support. Not even an acknowledgement of my request. Can you guys restore my account or give me back my money? This is getting ridiculous.
