@Iulian1977 @Badbadx1 Kindly note that the customer care team is dealing with a heavy influx of tickets due to the release of the new update, meaning that it can take a short bit of time till the support agents manage to answer all the pending tickets in the system. That said, if you guys don't get a response in following days please let me know so I can ping the customer care team.

Hi AlexYs

Still no response from the customer care team, but it seems that after i reinstalled again it took the Facebook account and now i have the old account back.

hi
i was playing the game Pc and my own phone until yesterday. My brother download the game him phone. When he own account sync the with my pc, my own account had to change with my brother's account on my phone.i can not reach my account. How we gonna fix this problem i dont know.
