Ticket number 293050.  I have received this ticket number from Luis in customer service about 11 days ago. We upgraded my daughters IPAD and I gave him all of our information. We simply need the progress and items transferred from the new id or set us back up
on the old ID. We have spent hundreds of dollars and were told that this went to tech support a week ago and still wer do not have access. Please help. #293050 Image
