I lost my profile

it happened to me last week thursday. since then i posted 2 tickets but i'm still waiting for solution. my ticket  no: 15199361.
and the other 
15222995

15222995 is the last one..  i miss many activity and just want my progress back.

Hi ysf_zrkn, please know that opening multiple tickets about the same issue will not speed-up the support process, on the contrary it can actually delay the answer for your pending issue. That being said, most of your tickets have been merged into a single entry: #15199189. I've asked the customer care team to follow up on that one. Best regards.

i took back my progress..thanks for everything you have done.. a little late but there is so many players having issues you have been take care of..
