Unrepaired gear in Arena

Last tuesday, at the beginning of a new Arena day, I found out that none of my gear used the previous day was repaired (13 gear sets, all elements combined). I sent a ticket and provided screenshots and got a compensation... 1 hammer.
I wrote back asking for an explanation and got this answer:

Thank you for your email.

Daniel, please be advised that after the recently implemented update, only one set that is equipped is repaired every new day. So, there is no error in the fact that other sets are not repaired.

I have sent you 1 Hummer so that you could repair the set that was equipped on your character, but was not repaired.

I answered back with a screenshot of DH5 Q&A, that states that ALL your gear gets repaired at the beginning of each day. Their answer:

What can we do if GL's Customer Care don't even know their own games' rules?

My ticket ID is 14956359. The discussion went on with a few more e-mails. After consulting with devs, Customer Care told me that one hammer was enough to repair all my gear. At this point I gave up. Tired of running in circles
