Bonjour, que puis-je rajouter de plus sur GameLoft ? Cela fait plus de 3 mois que je signale mon probleme de lag et que je reçois toujours les mêmes réponses automatiques sans jamais trouvé de solutions . Mais maintenant on est passé à une étape supérieure . Voila maintenant 8 jours que je n'arrive plus à accéder au jeu ( Windows 10 ) , un message s'affiche au lancement me disant que DH5 n'arrive pas à se connecter à internet , le souci c'est que je joue à DH5 sur iPad ( iOS ) et je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problèmes . Le comble dans tout ça c'est que depuis vendredi dernier je ne reçois aucune reponse de la part du service client de GameLoft et ce malgré les mails que je leur ai adressé . Le pire c'est que je ne peut pas envoyer un ticket à GameLoft depuis le jeu vu qu'il m'ai impossible d'y accéder . Je sollicite votre aide vu que je suis dans une impasse et je ne sais plus quoi faire , merci d'avance pour votre aide . Mon numero de dossier est : 13160648

Hello, what can I add more on GameLoft? It's been more than 3 months that I report my lag problem and that I always receive the same automatic answers without ever finding any solutions. But now we have moved on to a higher stage. It is now 8 days that I can no longer access the game (Windows 10), a message appears at the launch telling me that DH5 can not connect to the internet, the worry is that I play DH5 On iPad (iOS) and I've never had this kind of problems. The bottom of all this is that since last Friday I do not receive any reply from the customer service of GameLoft and this despite the mails I sent them. The worst thing is that I can not send a ticket to GameLoft since the game since I could not access it. I ask for your help since I am in a dead end and I do not know what to do, thank you in advance for your help. My file number is: 13160648
