Good day. Im Che-Che from the Philippines. I am a suncellular/smart postpaid customer. I believe my account was subscribed to gameloft because of my children using my phone. I have tried texting STOP, STOP ALL, GAME OFF but the reply was I am not currently subscribe. but i am receiving text every week. I have also sought help from customer representative of suncellular but they cannot help me.. they said that i really need to visit the gameloft site and it will ask for my number. What data do you need so you can unsubscribe me. I am not really a gamer and the message from 2474 regarding the games are not really helping me, instead it is being part of my monthly bill. 

I will really appreciate if you can help me regarding this.
