Please give me what I paid for

Purchased 2 starter packs and only received the keys but not the chests. Was given 180 gems for compensation.  I didn't pay for gems can you please give me my chests or refund my purchase?  I'm getting tired of getting screwed over by this game and its horrific "customer support"!

for some reasons i can’t post new topic(icon doesn’t appear for me) this is why i’m posting my issue here ,i faced three times that my visa got used for the game in times that i didn’t use teo times for 29,99 QAR and one time for 17,99 QAR!!! I often recharge but i’m sure that these times i didn’t make any recharge ..so can someone clarify whether this is hack or what?! And how can i get my cash back
please i’m waiting for your rapid action
