Hi. i would like to know if it possible to help me. I had game account -JackofShadow. It was with google game account ( jackofshadowsThe1) and FB account ( Дорошенко Алексей) one day i restarted the game with new hero "Рексар" for the same google game's account. And when i switched into FB account to choose JackofShadow, my FB account saved new hero "Рексар" . So, i lost possibility to enter as JackofShadow into the game. Question- can you return my old hero for my fb account?

Dear gameloft,

I had enough of your scam. I've tried to make contact with you several time, sent you a dozen e-mails. You never responded. I have been charged ~9EUR  this month for a service I have not intended to subscribe for. I recieved several text messages, which included an option to unsubscribe. Sadly this did not work.  After some research on forums I found that this is a quite usual problem for many people. According to your Subscription Conditions  (https://www.gameloft.com/en/subscription-conditions/) one can unsubscribe by sending "STOP" to 84149. Neither works this. I also would like to inform you, that such practices (making obstacles for termination of agreement and keeping personal data against ones will) are considered unlawful. I find this whole situation rather revolting and hereby I am demanding the immediate termination of "my" subscription and the erasure of my personal data. Hello Andreea,

Love the game. Just had an issue though.
I was just doing the Sanctum Assault Mission - Water Lair - 3rd one Frozen Technology level.  I was on the final large ice golem boss after defeating the three mini ice golems, and fought him for like 30 seconds before the game crashed and closed the app.  I am using my work Ipad which is a second Gen Ipad and my internet at the house is really good.  
Only reason I am saying anything is that I spent a little over 200 gems to get to that point, only to have the program close out on me.
Is there anything I can do to get reimbursed?

Can not connect to server, check intenet connection.

Hi im quite new to forums and i cant seem to know where to post my problem. Ive been encountering invulnerable enemies on trial of elements especially on death element (overseer). I cant proceed to next level because i cant kill it. Thanks.

I played the steam game, I paid a fee to enter the VIP
But I got a game error and I texted support but it wasn't fixed.
I have seen an update on Windows but I don't see it on steam.
Who can I meet to solve this problem?
