DH5 is a game, right?. We play this game for fun and spend our leisure. Having fun is the motivation to play this game.  However, most of our guild members lost interest in the game. Especially in GW. Needless to say, in order to get a good score or ranking in gw, we need to commit so much time on it. The reward doesn’t balance with our effort. To be safe at Top 50, we need at least 10 to 12 GWs per week. We need so much time to accomplish this target. After that, we could only receive several hundred scrolls + T5 trinket (random outcome) + 3 minion chests. Frankly speaking, why do we need these rewards? We have other better and easier ways to collect those items in the game. I admire some our guildmates to keep on playing with me in GW with such “common” reward. If the reward system doesn’t change, people would leave the game sooner or later. Could you add some unique reward to the reward scheme? For example, even it is only a T5 trinket, could you specify the properties when you announce the gw. At least, we could have a target and give ourselves a reason on why I need to play so hard.

DH5 is a good game with great graphic. If you could make some minor adjustment, we are willing to spend more time on it

We've been asking for those things for a while now.  Most quite asking because when GL does listen, they hear what they want.  You ask for a rubber duckie to go with your bubble bath?  Instead of a duckie, they give you a rubber froggie and take away the drain plug.
welcome to GL, kid.

Next simple thing for Guild improvement will be extending the scope of rewards for contributing to the GW bank.

Being a guild leader is a lot of work...

Being a good guild leader is more work...

Being a great guild leader is even more work...

Been leading the charge for a few years now in Top 2/5/10.

Guild issues are as likely due to guild dynamics as to changes in the game. I've played on Windows/Android and my SO plays on Andriod/iOS. We're both longtime guild leaders and both have been in a lot of badly managed guilds. A lot of times people are guild leaders for the wrong reasons: typically it seems to be because they can't give up control to anyone else, even if someone else is more capable.

Sometimes problems in a guild are because everyone wants to lead but few want to be a solider, or equally because someone in the background acts like the guild leader while someone else has the actual status. These things just create unnecessary conflicts.

Guild leadership is an art. A good guild needs 1 true leader, a few lieutenants who actively assist the leader, and a lot of soldiers.

Guild leadership takes patience and putting others before self. In too many guilds a few people decide everything for everyone else.

Communication between Members is super important.

If you cant get messages to & from members, you have to be a mind reader as to what they know / need / want.

I'd love to see an in game Message to a Guild member (with some visual indicator to let the player know they have an Unread Message), and something on the Guild Member list to indicate if they are currently in-game.

I'd love to see a new intermediate Guild War rank prize structure - like guild rank 11 to 30, then a new 31st to 50th --- maybe even a rank 51 to 75, and a 76 to 100.  The existing structure is very harsh, rank 11 to 50, then 51 to 100.  It may have worked when there were more guilds participating in years past - but not anymore.
