Joker, did u created game account from Win phone. I think that PC version halt on start screen because i created account from WIN Phone.. And that is now separated win PC
Is anyone now playing on both WIN PC and Win phone anymore?

i don't have windows phone my accont is creat on pc windows 10 only
the probleme come with last update 19 -10-2017 game dh5 crash on logo gamloft

Might as well move to Android. Submit ticket to Customer service. I have guild that ready for your character if you want.

May you share a link where i need to send the New Ticket from my New Android  with the ticket from windows phone account please tyvm.

Ticket ID from windows : 14638009
i have also send that ticket to Connection Issues - Other from my New Android and i recived this ticket ID 14642471  and messagin to transfer my windows phone progress to Android. But since i am not english it is hard to know where...

I follow all steps you request in instructions till step 4.
  1. Install the game on your new iOS/Android/PC device and complete the tutorial.
  2. From the Windows Phone account you want to transfer, send a ticket to Customer Care (Gameloft icon in top left corner of the screen).
  3. Wait until you receive the Ticket Number linked to your case.
  4. From the NEW DEVICE, send the received ticket number in a NEW TICKET to Customer Care, with the message “I want to transfer my Windows Phone account to a new device”.
  5. Customer Care will handle the transfer of your progress to the new device, and your Windows Phone account will be erased.
