i don't think i did something wrong to get banned for 2 weeks. is there a reason for my bann? also i did yesterday only the daily for the 5 dias and haven't played much or lvl up or got much money/dias/rank up that Looks like cheating/hacking or what ever causes this bann :-/ actually i'm idling for a few weeks because of the lack of events and other stuff.if there is really something wrong with my stats or you know the reason for my bann then tell me pls, so we can find quick a solution together because staying 2 weeks behind isn't something i would accept that easy. actually i was really patient until now even if cheaters/hackers and many Bugs and crashes bother me. but i know you guys have many requests and flamers and other **** that bothers you.i hope my account doesn't get hacked because a few days ago i started dh5 and had to validate first my account / confirm my person. or is this an automatic process from Microsoft and the Microsoft account?

Wait im a free player too i've been playing since the game started so i saved up some gems if i use all of them at once will i get banned ?
And since im a free player if i get banned i would have no proof of purchase since im a free player

to be honest i don't know ... as you just read i couldn't get a proper or exact answer for the reason ... possibly you would, possibly not ... they just dump you with a nonsense response over and over again
i understand they don't want to say too much about their "automatic bann system" (lol) so people won't use any leaks in that system because they already fight with hacking/cheating people they don't get banned through that system but **** for all other player this is damn unfair and you can actually read in their answers that they don't care about solving your problem not even a bit.
perhaps they are using a response generator for every type of request that lets you just look like and feel like a **** little liar gamer getting dumped with every impersonally generated answer.
i really tried it at the beginning polite, kindly, patient and respectfully to help them to help me but well ...

you may want to play safe and buy only 1-3 treasures a day but as long as we don't know the reason what and why they are banning people for you possibly get banned for not even playing the game ^^'

no really, i hope you don't get these problems and have to struggle with them =)

Just leave the game. I have 29 emails back and worth with these jokers. Haven't been able to claim daily bonuses since Halloween. THEY TELL ME TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR AN UPDATE. JP STUCK HIS NOSE IN TO FOR A SECOND. NOW THE TOPIC HAS SOMEHOW DISAPPEARED. SO, GOOD LUCK TO YOU

It took me almost 2 months to convince the customer care that there is a huge bug in their system. The first 2 months I constantly hit a brick wall with 200 km/hour. But finally I was able to convince them, but then the issue was pushed to the devs.
So now I am still waiting for a fix and a sollution.

If I was not so persistant They never ever would have believed me.
But at this moment it has not been helpfull at all.
Sertanly all the emails I have sent that they only have read halve.
If they had read my messages completely from the start my issue would have been weeks earlier pushed to the devs so it could have been sorted out by now.

PS: Jp don't forget the archives. There are multiple items from several members that are not answered yet (for weeks)

actually i don't agree with that pic or at least some of the rules in the back jovalleau ... i'm able to take and accept crticism (as a customer, as a human) and admit it when i'm wrong ... i attach importance to honesty, it is the basis to talk to people and have a discussion to find a solution together for your problem and even if not then god dammit there is no solution at this time, fine.
but they don't want to discuss things with you ... i feel like they just want to get rid of me and i truly hate such an approach

just like slasher75 said - like a brick wall ...  no chance to get through to their mind

if they had told me honestly something like "sorry we can't find a problem in our banning system at this time, even there are so many requests about false ban... pls tell us exactly what you did the last time and how you bought your content (or what ever they actually impute to me)" ... and then an ongoing conversation ...
sure perhaps i would have left the game anyway but not like this, mad, furious and very **** and i would have eventually give it antoher chance...
really i don't like to act and treat them like i do right now but there is no point in being kind anymore

perhaps it's my bad english, i don't make it clear enough and they take me wrong .... if it truly is then i will even apologize to them
but let's see how much longer this will take

because gameloft or at least some of you guys are just unfair, dishonest and obviously spineless ... you  don't take your customer seriously... you cold-shoulder people with regular nonsesnse answers and dump them ....  i couldn't feel even a bit honesty of trying to help ... i won't deal with that company again

no i haven't deleted the game yet because i'm still waiting for you to delete my data from your server
