We're also having a problem with support not responding. Ticket 386670. My son lost his progress due to his phone being factory reset and we were hoping support could restore his game.

I hope they get back to you soon SeeJayEmm. Did your son have his game connected at any time to an ID to save the game attached to that ID? If so most people can restore their own progress by logging into that same ID again (after bypassing the tutorial). If not, I'm glad you posted your conversation ID. I hope you get a response soon.
