No one has responded to me

Hi,
I have the same problem, no one has responde to me for 2 week.. My nick name is dragonmaster224633. I dont even have id conversation (maybe because that I cannot connect my account with facebook).

Please help me too...

@Dragonmaster224633 To get help they generally want a Conversation ID in order to find your game to help, so you probably want to get one. You might find this post helpful in that regard:

Just wanted to let you guys know that all the unanswered tickets sent to Customer Care have been answered by now. If you still have an answered ticket please let me know its conversation id and I'll ask Customer Care to follow up on it. Thanks.

@Dragonmaster224633 The conversation ID can be found in the automated response message you should have received after reporting the issue to Customer Care. The conversation ID a 6 digit number that similar to this #343816. Hope this helps.

I've written on gameloft support in a game (android) and I dont have any id or email responde. After few automativ question I get a message "tkanks. One of Our agents will follow up with you shortly)" and nothing is happened after that. I cannot start it again. What should I do now?
