Sugar rush compensation issue

Hi AlexYs
In this week DML stop the sugar rush clan event due to some bugs in other server and As DML dml fb page and adam on forum suggest to affected palyer those spend gems or other relic in in this event, submit ticket to cc then i submited my ticket for both account but after that  I did not receive any response from the initial E-Mail for both tickets. (only received 25 gems for my second account)
i want compensation of my gems and relics which i was spent in sugar rush event.
1. Deji2- Conversation ID: #309574, Entry ID: 109933806
i used approx 150 gems, 12  plus explore relic, 6 plus food Relic, Dragon fury, arena gems, things to finish legendary task in this event.
status- only got 25 gems,  
2. Deji -Conversation ID: #309560, Entry ID: 109933794
 i used approx 100 gems, 8 explore relic, 4 food Relic, Dragon fury, arena gems, things to finish legendary task in this event.
status- no response 
Note-Check my Sugar rush clan event score card for both (it was possible without any gems/relic)

I hope they resolve this for you, we too had folks spend lots of gems only to have the event yanked and then us demoted anyhow because lots of our folks do most of their tasks late. 😬
Demotion is no big deal, we can be back where we were fairly quick.
Duplicate threads makes reader's and moderator's lives harder. Common game save/restore issues and creating a Customer Care/Chat ID/Ticket. GL said NO to "Gift All" button.

Hi Deji Ahmad, no update still, unfortunately. :( Although, I've escalated them onto the appropriate team just now so I'm hopeful they'll be replied as soon as possible.

Edit: Both tickets have been replied.

Just i got 100 gems for Deji and 150 gems for Deji 2
