If you've read the discussion part of the forum, you already know I've only recently realized that we're supposed to get tickets with the castle event. I've sent a ticket to CC but as it could take up to 7 days for the issue to be settled and the event only last a few more days, I thought I'd paste my ticket # here.

Speed up the process, so to speak.

Omg! They did the same thing to me.

I told them the tickets I've just received aren't for the castle event, they're from the Golden Gather and the Dinnertime events. So, waiting for a reply now. Hopefully, we'll all get it all straightened out shortly.

They insist that I already got tickets from lvl 1-3, but have no record for I completed the lvl 4 and had me to provide screenshot for lvl 4 completion.
I still feel that they confused it with another event...*sigh

Same. But at this point, there's nothing to be done about it. Can't prove a negative so I'll take my 100 tickets and be happy I got those at least. Hopefully, that'll be enough to finish up both Poseidon and Fairy. *crosses fingers and toes*

CC told me two days ago I did not receive the 100 tickets.

Now, after saying for two days I didn't receive 100 tickets, they are telling me I've received everything.

That's where we are at right now.

Now, I'm annoyed. CC tells me for 2 days, records show I didn't receive 100 tickets. 2 days. We checked, records show you didn't receive 100 tickets. Checked again, oops, you didn't receive 100 tickets. Now? Now, it's oh, lookie there. You got all your tickets.

WHAT?!?!

So what? Either someone "misread" their records repeatedly, for 2 friggen days in a row, or they just never really checked and said whatever and NOW they want to say, oh, nope, we're just not going to give you anything.

Sadly I have to say that I don't bother anymore to try and claim lost tickets or castle currency - their response time is higher than the event duration and I would only get some gems anyway.
100 tickets is a heavy blow on the other hand and I really hope that you can get sth before the chest is gone.

Thank you, Soukupmi, I hope I can as well. I also hope it goes better for anyone else having any issues. To go from yes, we checked and you're owed 100 tickets to no tickets for you is ever so slightly aggravating. -.-
