Slots Era ad

hey AlexYs,

hope all is well my friend! i thought i would send u a heads up: i noticed a issue in the game with the ad for Slot Era, everytime u get this ad ( Otto's Lotto, pop up time reduction for breeding etc. ) the ad runs and when finished u cant X out of it. normally with ad's u hit the X in the top right of your screen and it disappears but this one will not let u, forcing u to exit from the game completely and then restart it. once back in the game it seems that the reason u watched the ad ( to get a spin of Otto's Lotto etc ) the spin is there waiting for u to take or the time reduction seems to have been made. never had this issue with any other ad's so i thought i would bring it to your attention see if u have heard anything about this. as always thank u my friend! 

i know your busy my friend and this is not an emergency so whenever u get a chance. im curious to know if others are having this issue aswell best reguards as always,

YES, I am not the only one. I can not post on the forum, it has been like this for about 2 hrs. ( 9:35 PM mountain time ).

ok well we know it is not just us lol that's a good start Trumptrain.

For the love of God! Please do something about this as the only current workaround is to shut the game off completely and relog, something that wouldn't be a big deal if this particular ad didn't run 20 times in a %$^^#%$#@ row.

I have lost 1.5 hrs removed from hatching time and 4 gems now. I will not even use ottos lotto. That ALONE could lend 10 divine tickets. They NEED to remove slots ErA add NOW. This is getting UN-playable!

Slots ad is broken, please fix it's bad when you have to restart the game 3 times in a row because you get that same ad...

When the ad ends I do NOT get the spin, and I've had the ad come up every time I do Otto's lotto...Please Fix

Hello everyone, thanks a lot for the reports on this. The ads support team has been notified about the issue with the Slots Era advertisement and they're currently looking into it. Hopefully a solution can be provided soon! In the meantime, could you please also provide a screenshot with the problematic ad, friend code and a time stamp (Date and time with the last occurrence)? It's really important...Thanks a lot.

this site will not alow me to send the screen shot claiming "413 request entity to large" but the file is not over the stated limit of 2mb any other way i can send this to u AlexYs??
