Still can't play

Since yesterday I have receved no answer to fix my problem. When I open the game it started from the beginning instead of starting at my level 76. I don't wanna lose the progress, or I won't play again. 
Tecnical ticket 17150670. Please fix my problem.

Hi, please note that our Italian CC team is in rather small when compared to the English, Spanish and Russian ones, so I suspect that's the cause of why you haven't been contacted as of yet. :/ That being said, I've sent them an email regarding your pending ticket and I expected them to handle it soon. I get my id ticket but still not get my old account and i play again for the begining i do not now i get my code back if i accidentally deletet it my id ticket is 17187008
