Can't get into game

I haven't been able to get into game for several hours.  Please help!

Hi Amber, if possible, please try to resolve this problem by doing the following on your end:

- Restart your router and your WiFi/4G connection
- Turn off your device for 2 minutes and then turn it back on.
- Make sure that your internet connection signal strength is maximum.
- Close all background apps
- Temporary disable your firewall and/or anti-virus software
- Make sure that are using a fast and stable internet connection
- If you're on 4G, try using a WiFi connection instead
- if you're already on WiFi, try seeing if you can get access to the game on a different WiFi network

Let me know if any of the above helps with the issue you're currently facing.

I have Windows phone HTC one m8 and game will not load. Gives me Gameloft screen and then backs out.

Hi Dragonml123, if you've already tried the above troubleshooting steps with no success, you can also attempt to uninstall and reinstall the game (please do this only if your profile has been linked to your Facebook account).
