I have a problem with a game. I started and told me thad I have -1006 diamonds when I get new one show me -1005. Next day show my the my profil been suspenden 7 days. I dont know to send message tu Gameloft and i wont tu say thad is mistake, bicouse i never buy diamonts or someting in the game. Please admin to send my private message. I have pictures to prove mistake

Hello, this a rare occurring issue that causes the flying critters to spawn slower than usual. It happens mostly when the event starts. Try to resolve this problem by checking again closer to the pool refresh time. Also, playing on a strong connection definitely helps when dealing with this matter, so please do try switching connections, if possible.
