Progress was reset to the beginning

Dear AlexYs,
I've just had a very serious proplem. My progress was reset to the beginning by a mistake,
I've played the game for almost 2 years and I'm loving it,
I'm a player of level 150. I've sent a helping request to Custom care, and received an ID of 16859478
Can you help me now?
I really expect my proplem to be resolved soon,

Hey, I've replied in the other thread you've posted, but I'll reply here, too. The VN customer care team have provided a resolution for your case (i.e. sent the last working cloud save to your device). Be sure to check with them if everything is order. Best regards.

Hoping to get your attention Alex y s Sorry to jump in here but new to the forums and havent a clue how to post. Its about a game data transfer that ive been waiting a month for hoping someone could help or at least explain what to click on to submit a post . Ty in advance . Sorry Phuongnhi.

@Free spirit, if you need to contact Customer Care (the only ones who can move game progress), see viewtopic.php?f=2089&t=637383. If you can't access your game, at the bottom of the linked post is another link directly to the Customer Care site.
