@Free spirited Thanks for sharing your ticket ID with me. :) I've asked Customer Care to follow up on your transfer request.

@aipio Confirm with the agent on the case that you've done all the steps like you've been instructed. The agent should then proceed with the actual transfer.

@GADel888 That's a rare occurring issue that can happen after a transfer is completed. Customer Care should be able to help with that as well so be sure to let them know about it.

Hello admin. like any other, on this topic, I want to transfer my account from windows phone to the android device.
16928194,16933938,16937526 these are my tickets id.
in my country, facebook social is blocked and I created a facebook account with VPN but can't link that to my account because the game doesn't work when VPN is on.
Help me, please!

@mircea1978 Please open a ticket with your cross-platform request by following the steps listed in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=2089&t=637383. File it under Progress/Lost Items Issues - Other Sub-issues. A FR customer care agent will reach back once you've submitted your the ticket to provide further instructions.
