@Mantralexx, on the first page or two of this topic, you should find instructions on submitting a transfer request. Once you've done that and have received a ticket ID, come back here and post it with a request for AlexYs to follow up on it if you don't receive a response from a Customer Care agent within 2-3 days (not including weekends).

Eu preciso de ajuda para transferir minha conta do windows para android , ja iniciei o processo pelo custumer care e me pediram para conectar as duas contas ao facebook , ja fiz isso no entanto faz mais de 5 dias que eles nao respondem para concluir a transferencia.
