@Nacho Andrade - you should have received an auto email reply which contains your ticket ID (8-digit number) in the body of the message. Come back here and post it and AlexYs will be able to follow up on it.

I already manage this from the customer service that is most needed? Excuse me I need to transfer my account from windows to android, is linked to facebook, and the recruitment code of the pc is 2c8b90 and the recruitment code of the android device is a5ed9e2, both devices are linked to the same facebook.
