Using your Windows device if at all possible, contact Customer Care in-game through Options > Customer Care. Scroll down past the FAQs to 'I didn't find an answer to my questions', then Contact Us. By going through the game on your Windows device, most of the necessary fields will auto-populate. Select 'Gameplay' as your issue and 'Other' for the sub-issue. In the Comments box, explain that you want to move your game from the Windows platform to Android. Keep going past any FAQs that may appear until your ticket is submitted. Once it's gone through successfully, you'll get an auto email reply with your ticket ID (8-digit number) in the body of the message. If you don't hear anything else from CC after a few days, come back to this thread and post your ticket ID along with a request to AlexYs to check on the status.

The transfer process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the workload, so please be patient. BTW, your progress moves with you, but not your friends or clan.

I did everything but nothing, gameloft does not help players?

1- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Origin)
2- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you will use in the new device
3- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
4- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game
5- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Destination)
6- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you connected in the old device
7- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
8- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game

such a transfer can take a few days up to a week to be done.
as to why they don't respond - I fear you'll have to get used to that...

Hello, the transfer procedure may take a while, depending on the workload of our customer care agents and your position in the queue (other factors are also involved). Dear Player,

Thank you for contacting Gameloft Customer Care.

With regard to your request we would like to inform you that the game does not have the option for Multi-platform.
The game progress can then be transferred solely and exclusively to devices with the same operating platform.
If you are installing the game on a device with a different platform, you will have to start a new game.

Is possible to perform the manual transfer of the data between the 2 devices from our terminals.

To perform this procedure, we ask you to follow the following steps:

1- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Origin)
2- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you will use in the new device
3- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
4- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game
5- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Destination)
6- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you connected in the old device
7- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
8- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game

Please have in mind that, after we perform the transfer, the data in your previous device will be erased.

During the transfer process please do not accept any apprentices. If you already have the apprentices, please delete them right away to avoid possible issues after the transfer

Please kindly note that by transferring your progress you will lose the following:
- your old friends and clan;
- progress in current Events.

We would advise you to check whether some special events (like Calendar Event, Solo Event) are active at the moment, before you confirm this action.

If you don't want to lose your event progress, we would ask you to wait till the event is over, then please contact us again and we will perform the data transferring.

If you would like to transfer the progress right now, please confirm the action in your next reply.

We remain at your disposal for any other needs.
