Using your Windows device if at all possible, contact Customer Care in-game through Options > Customer Care. Scroll down past the FAQs to 'I didn't find an answer to my questions', then Contact Us. By going through the game on your Windows device, most of the necessary fields will auto-populate. Select 'Gameplay' as your issue and 'Other' for the sub-issue. In the Comments box, explain that you want to move your game from the Windows platform to Android. Keep going past any FAQs that may appear until your ticket is submitted. Once it's gone through successfully, you'll get an auto email reply with your ticket ID (8-digit number) in the body of the message. If you don't hear anything else from CC after a few days, come back to this thread and post your ticket ID along with a request to AlexYs to check on the status.

The transfer process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the workload, so please be patient. BTW, your progress moves with you, but not your friends or clan.

I did everything but nothing, gameloft does not help players?

1- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Origin)
2- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you will use in the new device
3- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
4- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game
5- Sign into the game on the (Android/iOS/Windows) device (Destination)
6- Connect game to Facebook with the same account that you connected in the old device
7- Wait 30 minutes connected to the game
8- Send a new message from the Customer Care button inside the game

such a transfer can take a few days up to a week to be done.
as to why they don't respond - I fear you'll have to get used to that...
