Removal of account

Hello! My mum has been playing in "Dragonmania Legends" for 2 years. Today I decided to join her ans to install the game too. Our platform is IOS. My mum has played this game on my phone a long time ago. When I instaled the game and registered on Facebook, I was asked to save of delete mum's account on my phone. I thought that my mum's account will be deleted only in my phone and deleted it. But the game has been deleted in mum's phone too! She played in her personal account, how could it happen? And how can we restore her accont? Thank you in advance!

You and your mum need to contact Customer Care asap. It can be done in-game through Options > Customer Care or at https://support.gameloft.com/game/6/69. Scroll down past the FAQs and click on the 'I didn't find an answer to my question' link to get to the form. Good luck and hope your mum gets her game back.
