No prize in Dragon Delight event

Hello everyone,
last monday, at the end of Dragon delight event, a malfunction occurred.
Instead of the usual window with ranking, score and prize won, the game showed me the message that servers was under manteinance, and when I was finally able to connect the game I found I have received no prize for the event. And yes, I was first.
I already reported what happened, but the average answer time of Italian customer care is one month, so...any suggestion?
