Connection error

Hello!

I downloaded DML from Microsoft Store and when I try to run it constantly gives me an error: "Connection error - Check your connection". However my connection obviously works... Reinstalled it multiple times, same problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

I'd like to try this game, I can't even start it. Pls. help me :D

Something to check is your firewall to make sure DML is listed in Outbound connections. Windows Defender doesn't seem to have any problem allowing DML out into the world, but Norton and McAfee may.
Device/Platform: Surface Pro 3 and Lumia 735, both running Windows 10
Server: EUR (EUR GOLD)
Game connection: XBox, FB​

Checked: the firewall settings are OK. I use Windows Defender by the way.
Is there something else to look for?
