2 napja nincsenek videók.
Nem lehet videót sehol megnyitni, így a jutalmakat sem lehet begyűjteni.
Nyitottam jegyet, reagálás semmi.
Csak a pénz kell, a problémával még nem foglalkoznak?
Vagy várjak heteket, s majd lesz valami?

Úgy látom mindenhol tesznek a jelzett problémára.
De a fizess szart tolják az ember képébe.
Na többet sosem.
Ennek a bandának soha egy fityinget sem, mégha az élete múlna rajta sem.
Semmirekellő pénzhajhász bagázs.
Ha gond van, le se tojnak, de a pénzed az kellene.

But why did you need a ticket number?
Since then there has been no change or anything.
There is nothing after more than 1 week, simply pitiful.
Why is it at all if there is any support at all?

Thanks for the tickets, btw, one per issue should suffice. Now regarding the problem at hand, tracking it down through the details of the affected users is a lot easier, hence why I've asked for this info. In any case, by now the developers should have enough information to perform an in-depth investigation into the matter (not that additional tickets from other users would cease to help). And speaking of that, an attempted fix has been deployed yesterday, however, it did not have the intended success. The team is sorry for this, and they'll keep working on this issue around the clock till a valid solution is found.

Frankly speaking, I'm really annoyed that a fake message does not make any announcement that "sorry, we have no idea what we've been extinguished, etc ...".
Or is it really such a lame team working on the case?
I mean, for more than 1 week, they can not compare with a working backup what they've got worse?
And what is most interesting to me is that before the holiday season the free collection option is going to deteriorate (let us know what the cost of travel is), interestingly, the "pay" part never happens.
It's always stable.
Is not it interesting?

Hey, like I said, the team is still working on providing a fix for all the affected players. Just that it takes a while as the issue is more complex than initially thought. .It's unfortunate, but that's the situation we're currently in. And trust me when I tell you, we want those free cash videos working as much as you do! Thanks.
