I have lost my gems.

I had 1216 Gems yesterday. It took about 2 months to save those gems. But when I logged in to the game today, I saw there was only 16 gems. Though, I have lost 1200 gems for no reason, I want them back.

You need to contact customer service. They're the only ones who can do anything about those sorts of transactions.

Also, be sure to return here with your ticket ID in case the response time on the customer care side is a bit too long. The ticket ID can be found in the automated response mail you should have received after reporting the issue to customer care. Thanks.
