Hello,

@Cami B Yes, the good folks from customer care should be able to retrieve your lost progress even if you didn't have your game linked with a social network account.

@Guten No need to thank me yet, but yeah, you now have to wait for Customer Care to reach out to you which should happen soon.

My game was broken and i lost all my data. 
It almost a week for my support conversations (ID: 435156), but still have got no reply.
I'm asking for help with my problem.

Hi.
I recently reinstalled Windows 10 and also removed everything in the process. I reinstalled Dragon Mania Legends and found to see my progress had been reset. I tried connecting my Microsoft account to it but it didn't do anything.

Hi XI_SMOKE_IX, reinstalling Windows 10 on your PC (or factory resetting an iOS or Android device) will always lead to a loss of progress so it's best to have your profile linked with either your Facebook or Microsoft account before going through this process.

That said, it's a bit strange if you weren't able to recover your progress after signing in with your MS account, but don't worry, the folks from Customer Care can help you retrieve it. So if you haven't already done this, please make sure to reach out to them. You can do so by going to Settings > Customer Care > scroll down the FAQs, press "My issue was not listed" > Contact us. Thanks.

I had to reinstall the game and I lost my progress. Contacted customer care about two weeks ago and no response yet.
I had spent real money on in-game stuff, and had one bundle still active.
My onversation id is 434433. Can you help me?

I contacted Customer Care, stating my issue, but got no email back with my ticket ID, should I contact Customer Care again?
