accidentally deleted my level 50 account

The latest update added a new prompt when you connect to a(another) social network. After you tap switch to this you get another prompt if you want to keep the last account. I thought remove removes it from your device not from cloud
anyway, please help, i wqnt my level 50 account back.

○ it happened after this update
○ i was trying to switch from my level 50 account to my 11 account
○ my device model is sm-j320F
○ refferal code?
○ attachment ( i don't know if this helps i was 5th llace in leaderboard username Ştefan E.)Imagealso another proof, i was also in a clan called anyone can join" with description "have fun be nice" it should show chat history "ştefan e. Has joined / completed a legendary recipe" that's all i have, no other screenshots, videos etc, unless you want one from this account i'm stuck with :/

Since Customer Care is the only one who can help, the only other thing you can do on your end is post your ticket ID here with a request to AlexYs to please check on the status. The ticket ID is the 8-digit number in the body of the auto reply email you should have received after submitting your issue.

Were you able to get your account back? I accidentally did the exact same thing and I was level 66. I'm hoping I can get it back.
