I just suspected that AlexYs could have checked the wrong ID to see a response and you still didn't get any reaction

Im sorry but how would I know if the transfer process has started or not? Or is there something else I need to do here

Hi Minilionkuti, sorry for the confusion. I've rechecked the 2 tickets you've included in this thread, so now I'll try to clear things up a bit:

1) #14956315 - Has been replied by a Customer Care agent 2 days ago. Find the agent's message regarding your transfer request as you'll need to follow some specific instructions. In case it helps, here's the email's subject: Re: [#YTD-61622-635] [Gameloft Customer Care - InGameSupport] [Dragon Mania Legends] [Microsoft Lumia 650] [Gameplay Issues] [Other]

2) #14956355 - This ticket has been merged with the other one you've opened regarding your cross-platform transfer request, you can consider this one closed.
