I was level 87 my cell phone was HUAWEI P 9 I did not change the device I just lost everything with google play and facebook account I want you back me back I lost everything I have to play all this time I do not pay every month the jewel problem happened 02.01.2018 I am you to bring me back all I tried but will not please give me back my code was fcef 07 I want to get me back I lost everything with google play and google plus please get me back I pray you new was a new player again please pay every month gems and dragons please return me back to my level please

Hi Eminagveric23, you can return here with your ticket ID (The ticket number can be found in the automated response mail you should have received after reporting the issue to CC) in case the response time is too long (3 days and up) so I can bump it on the Customer Care side. Thanks.

Try your native language - your gibberish seems to say your Facebook account got hacked.

If that is not the case just re-install the app

Hi Eminagveric23, like it has been mentioned earlier in this thread, you'll need assistance from Customer Care with this issue. In case you're having difficulties contacting Customer Care I would advise following the steps below:

- in-game, select Options icon in far upper right corner, then Customer Care
- Select the Customer Care button and read the Known Issues & FAQ section. If the answer to your question is not provided, you will need to contact an agent.
- To contact an agent, scroll to the bottom and tap the "I didn't find an answer to my question" button.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible and hit the "Send/Submit" button. Note: This may NOT send your ticket yet!
If a new "Knowledgebase Articles" page loads, please read through the content to see if your issue is answered.
- To actually SUBMIT your ticket, please scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the "This didn't help. My problem was not listed" button. This will complete the process as you'll notice the following message: "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive an automatic message with your ticket number by email, and a member of our support team will contact you as soon as possible.".
- You should then get confirmation the ticket was sent and an automatic message will be delivered to your email. An agent will follow up to assist further.
