did you follow these steps?
- While in-game, select Options icon (the || button) in far upper right corner, then Customer Care
- Select the Customer Care button and read the Known Issues & FAQ section. If the answer to your question is not provided, you will need to contact an agent.
- To contact an agent, scroll to the bottom and tap the "I didn't find an answer to my question" button.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible and hit the "Send/Submit" button. Note: This will NOT send your ticket yet!
- To actually SUBMIT your ticket, please scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the "This didn't help. My problem was not listed" button. This will complete the process as you'll notice the following message: "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive an automatic message with your ticket number by email, and a member of our support team will contact you as soon as possible.".
- You should then get confirmation the ticket was sent and an automatic message will be delivered to your email. An agent will follow up to assist further.

post your ticket id here once you got it - maybe it's in your spam folder?

I finally got the number of ticket because I changed the browser .... My ticket ID is 14873403. Thank you very much for helping ...

No problem and good luck with the transfer.

Mind you - it can take up to weeks if cc is full with requests. Be patient.

@Micica I've highlighted your ticket ID on the customer care support list, but please note that even with me doing this, the process will still take quite some time, especially as we'll have reduced staff during this Holiday period and the tickets continue to pile up.

I am using windows phone , i have problem in my phone and also he is old model so i made request to =13.2pxCustomer Care to transfer my account to new phone with android system , my ticket ID is 14924217, to now i dont have any replay if you can help me and thank you
