moving progress to iPad

hello :)
I am playing DML on windows phone. I want to move to iPad. I have installed an app and choose to login using FB account, but there were only old versions of game save available. I have choose old one and now I cannot switch to current one :(
I cannot delete it and install again because progress (old one) will remain.
what can I do?

AlexYs FromGameloftplease be advised that the game does not support cross-platform play, as such you can't transfer your progress from one OS to another (in our case from iOS to Android), at least not via normal means. However, If you're still interested in moving your data from iOS to Android you can send a request to customer care. Please note though, that while the customer care agents should be able to help you, the whole process might take a while. Thanks.

it was possible to plan on windows phone and windows 10.
it is a different platform as well ;)

The op wants to get transferred from windows to iOs (iPad).
Don't know what the "Windows != Windows" was supposed to do good besides causing confusion.
