Hello,On 27th Oct I sent a message about transferring my progress from Windows to Android and still I didn't get any response. This is my ticket number: 14382115. If someone could help me, I would be very grateful.

Hello ...Can i help u.....I am too much same case....And u activate your ticket id okay.... Now u wait for customer care suggestion.... Customer care will be send the mail in 1 week.... So Now wait for Mail.....
