No progress after a month

I had issues with my new Android phone. I was trying to change my game platform from windows to Android. Though I had two tickets (14274373 and 14275211) number since one month, I hadn't gotten any response from customer care service yet. Is there any chance to recover my game account ?? kindly help.

Thank you very much. They replied to me. And they wanted to know if I confirm or not. So I choosed "I confirm" option. Now waiting for the next step. Thank you once again
