Hi again AlexYs,

I got an email from customer care, but the progress which has been restored taken from 5th of November was my first account which I haven't played for more than a year. Because I have two accounts of DML. 

I think I made a mistake by giving you the user ID from my first account. I should give you the other from my second account. I apologize for the inconvenience. Meanwhile the account I would like to have is the account which is I played at 27th of October. 

Here is the correct user ID 10202158828169690, I hope this the rright one. Thank you very much for your help.  ^-^
