Hi, you can find the clear app data stuff by going to Settings - Apps - Google Play Store - Storage - Clear Data & Clear Cache. However, we've received reports that this workaround might not work for some, as such the only other solution is to wait for the fix that'll be included in the upcoming update (UPD 23). :(
