No problem whatsoever. Very glad that the troubleshooting tips I've provided helped in fixing your issue, at least the one which was occurring on the Windows Phone device. :)

Edit: On your WIndows 10 laptop, I'd recommend trying the following before going through all the trouble of reinstalling the OS:
  • Close the game.
  • Open Credential Manager from Start menu.
  • Remove the current credentials of Dragon Mania Legends..
  • Relaunch the game to generate a new one. Note that yoru unique ID will be changed, so you'll have to log-in with your social network account to get your progress.
