Guidelines to submitting issues

Here you can find a brief overview over what information is essential when reporting an issue in Dragon Mania Legends.

Guide for posting an issue

The subject of the topic should be a brief description of the bug
In the body of the post, please make sure to include the following information:
o How often does it happen?
o What were you doing in the game before the issue happened?
o The device you're using, including its firmware
o Your referral code
o (Optional) It would be great if you may also provide an attachment (screenshot or video) showing the issue.

Providing us with these information will give us all the details needed not only to give you the best answer but as well (in case the problem was not already known) fix it.
