I submitted a ticket the other day and have yet to hear back since getting the canned response... I bought gems to get the 7-day free VIP pass because I hadn't spent any money yet. I got the pass for a few hours then it just vanished. So, does that mean if they "reset" as you say, that everything I've done since then will be lost? I just want the pass... Nothing happened to my gems or anything, but it did ***** me in the event I was working on :(
