Just send your details to Customer Care (https://support.gameloft.com/contactus? ... verify=yes). Include your dogtag, platform and server, as well as any transaction details showing that you purchased Veteran status legitimately. Alternatively, pop your details here and hope that a CM sees this and helps you out. But your safest bet is a support ticket to CC - you can then put the conversation ID here, and Lina or another CM can speed the process up for you.

Hey,

You should know that if you use your in-game button to contact CC you won't need to manually add the dogtag, platform, and server. You'll find this button in the drop-down menu, by clicking on the settings gear, then on Customer Care on the left part of the screen.
I'd be happy to get in touch with them when you send me your ticket ID. :)

Hello Sami,
Scroll up - I left a link for you in my previous post, from which you can contact CC. Once you submit a query or support ticket, you'll be emailed a confirmation that your query was sent, in addition to your ticket number/conversation ID.
If you pop your ticket number here, Lina should be able to streamline the process for you.
