Progress lost

On 22/01/2019 my progress was just reset to level 1,the strange thing is that when i try to play a multiplayer battle, the old armours appears, it seems as if the characters are overlapping. I have already a ticket ID :17591256 , but I have not received any answers yet.  please check this issue! thanks!

Mi spiace tua abbia riscontrato quesot problema.

Ho analizzato i dettagli del caso e sembra che vada al di là delle mie competenze come addetto al servizio clienti. Ho quindi inoltrato tutte le informazioni al nostro dipartimento tecnico. Potrebbe volerci un po' di tempo prima che indaghino sul problema e trovino una soluzione adeguata, ma seguirò i progressi del caso e ti darò notizie appena possibile.

i've lost my progress and my level 3 days ago and i've reached  
Customer Care from my in-game button and my tickts id are 17825648 & 17821312
and untill today they didn't resolve my problem
so plz help me

Perdí todo mi progreso, ¿podría gameloft devolverme todo lo que perdí, además de corregir el bug de que se me quedé pegado  desaparezca todo en mi cuenta? (
