its so pathetic 20 mails to support all progress lost including things paid for. get bounced around from consultant to consultant really feustrating. then they must just refund all money spent on the game

Lol. For me there are 49 mails to support. Still the issue has not been resolved. I sent emails telling support that my progress has been reset to level one and that connecting to my google and facebook dosent bring my progress back. What do they say when they reply to my mail ?

Hi lina
         i still didnt get a reply from support, been 25 days since i contacted suport. Mariana reached out to me with one email. I gave her a reply but its been 9 days and no reply from her. How long before i get my account back ? Its almost been a month since i contacted support. I have answered all of the questions and still nothing.

My progress has been lost and account reset to lvl1. Have reported to customer care but no response. It's been alredy 3 days and have spend hundreds of dollars. What kind of attitude is this? My computer crashed and reinstalled my windows os and after that my account was rest to lvl 1

Did you check to see if your progress was stored with your social account - try re-connecting to Facebook.
Also, please provide your ticket ID from Customer Care. I will get in touch with them and ask them to reach out to you ASAP.
