Merry Christmas and happy NEW YEAR.
I just wanted to let you know that despite the recent update and the fact that I uninstalled and reinstalled the game after update, my problem that started almost three months ago still exists and apparently GL technical department has not done anything about it.

A global fix for this issue has just been deployed and the Technical Department now asks you to re-confirm it after investigating your account, since it shows you haven't watched ADs in the last 10 days.

Should you have other concerns, don't hesitate to let me know. 😃

Thank you for your reply.
The global fix that you have mentioned has not been applied to my account and still I have the same problem with greyed ADs which does not allow me to watch Ads to gain credits. 
FYI, I have not watched ADs in the last three months or so because of this problem.
I do appreciate if you kindly asked them to re-check my account since it has not been corrected after global fix.
